Our utmost desire is to provide outstanding service to every valued customer. Our return/refund policy reflects that commitment as outlined here to provide clarity and peace of mind.
For the i60 Challenge, we have a 60 Day Moneyback guarantee. If at any time during the first 60 Days of the i60 Challenge you determine that this program is not for you, we will refund your money if you discontinue your subscription online prior to the 60th Day after purchase of the Challenge. We ask that you simply mail (at your cost) any unused or partially used ignite bottles back to us at Makkarios, 1869 E. Seltice Way, #329,Post Falls, ID 83858 in order for you to receive your full refund.
Beyond the first 60 Days (as determined by the date of purchase of the i60 Challenge), if you decide to discontinue your monthly subscription to Makkarios i60 Challenge, please login to your subscription and cancel online. There will be no refunds after 60 days.
To receive a refund, you must have been a subscriber to the i60 Challenge.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks of our email notifying you we received your return, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@makkarios.com.
Replacements
Damaged items will be replaced. Send us an email at support@makkarios.com and send your damaged item to: Makkarios, 1869 E Seltice Way , #329, Post Falls ID 83854, United States. Once the damaged item is received, we will send out a replacement.
